Launch Day

Can your AI-built app survive launch day?

A turn-based battle in the style of the console role-playing games of the early 2000s. Your app goes live on Monday and five bugs are hiding in it. The AI will tell you it has fixed each one. Whether it has is another matter. About three minutes. No need to be a developer.

  • Five bugs, one a day. Runway is your health. Every turn a bug is live costs you some.
  • The AI only knows what you tell it. Ask it blind and it often changes the error message, not the problem. It says "fixed" either way.
  • Read the code to see the truth. You'll see the bug's real strength, and from then on the AI fixes what's actually there.
  • Write a test to prove it. A fake fix fails on the spot. A real one stays fixed. Anything you ship, or take on trust, is waiting for you on launch day.

The tool that wrote the code is also the one saying it's fine.

Geekwork reviews software built with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Replit and the rest. Tools cover the ground, an engineer makes the judgement, and you get a report you can act on. How an AI software review works

Three more, while the kettle's on: Spot the Bug, six pieces of AI-written code with real problems to find, The Vibe Check, is your AI-built app ready for real customers, and The Handover Test, how long a new developer would last with it.
